Sub-$100 Video Card for gaming recommendation

Right now I'm thinking about a Radeon 8500LE 128mb or a Geforce4 Ti4200 64mb card. Any thoughts?

I don't play any FPS or anything really demanding. The most demanding game will probably be like Generals (not max settings).

BTW, I'm in the US.

You can get Ti4200 128MB models for under $100... in fact, I just sold one in the For Sale forums for $85

Any Ti4200 will smoke an 8500LE and the drivers are much better.
