Stutter problems in some pc games.

I have a new system. But i have with some games a weird stutter and the fps is normal. I tried the mafia 2 benchmark and im getting an fps of 64 with slightly stutters. The temps of the cpu are around the 80c when i run that benchmark. Nothing is overclocked.

Not always. Btw im using the onboard soundchip. I also disable it and its stil stutters.
