My wife calls TimeWarner today to have our service transferred/shut off from our old place to the new one we're moving into this week.
Unfortunately, TW says it won't be until the 18th of May before they can turn on cable at the new place. However, for some odd reason they have no problems in sparing a service crew to come out and turn off the cable at the old place today.
So why do I have to wait almost 4 weeks for them to remove a signal filter at the new place?
