I recently upgraded my pc from a Giga-Byte GA-K8N Ultra-9 w/ a retail 3000+ and 1gb Corsair VS Ram to a DFI Lanparty UT SLI-D w/ a retail 4200+ X2 and 2gb gigaram 2x1gb dual channel kit. Everything else stayed the same.

I had x64 loaded on this machine before this upgrade with the same disc I'm trying now and had no problems. Now when I try to do a fresh install, booting off the disc, the setup gets done loading the drivers in the very beginning and reboots before it gives me the option to accept the license agreement. It does this EVERY time. I don't have RAID enabled, I've tested my RAM overnight using memtest and got no errors. I have no clue what is going, standard xp pro works fine and installs without a problem (which is what I'm running now ). I even tried killing off the old partitions on the HDD with the XP Pro disc and then trying again with no luck.

WTF is going on?
