Stupid windows 2003 client licensing question

Let's say I have MS SQL 2000 running on a Win2k3 cluster. My clients all have SQL 2000 user cals and are connecting to the database via ODBC. Do they need a Win2k3 CAL as well? I know that this doesn't apply to internet users connecting to a database through an app, in that case you just need a SQL per proc license for those users. I'll probably just call our MS Select vendor in the morning, but for some reason I wanted to know now!!! 😛
