Stupid WD Drive

Well a few days ago my 2nd HD would keep shutting off, it was driving me crazy. Tried different IDE MB slot, different PSU plugs everything, nothing helped. Luckily I had a spare 250GB WD drive sitting around, swapped the board on them and pulled the data off it. Hopefully WD will be understanding that I swapped the board for a little bit for the RMA, tho I am thinking I shouldn't say anything. I wasn't going to lose all that data tho.

Well I went crazy a bit more, I thought it was just the board that was dead, guess not. Oh well no biggie it was a dead drive, so got a Advanced RMA for it. The other WD 250GB is in there for now.

First drive I've ever had die on me, and I've owned alot.
