Stupid Transformers Question

Does anybody remember the toys that were Transformers rip-offs from the 80's? The ones that changed to rocks and bugs and things? It came up in conversation and none of us could remember what they were called. Anybody?

Yeah, Go-Bots. They were awful- even the cartoon was unwatchable. They all shot beams out of their arms that didn't do anything but made the other Go-bot go "ouch!"

The Transformers had transformable insects, the Insecticons.

The go-bots didn't have transformable rocks or bugs that I can remember, and they were around the same time as the Transformers.
