Stupid things we do to others on the road...

OK, one of my pet peeves. When someone is right in front of me on the highway and they clean their windshields with the washer fluid and in the process screw up my windshield.

So I'll speed up, get in front of them, and return the favor and watch in the mirror to see them put their wipers on, then speed away.

Childish, but fun at the same time (to me at least).

 

When someone turns out of a side street or parking lot and I have to brake hard, I'll usually pull out my .38 and blow their brains onto their windshield. It's stupid, but it makes me feel better.

Same here....I did that to some idiot and when we got to a redlight he run around and swerved in front of me and jumped out of the car cussing. I reached into my pocket acting like I was pulling a gun and he ran like hell back to his car and run the red light. BUWHAHAHAHA

And yes I have a witness to it.

You know, when I was in college, I hadn't realized that I tailgated as a habit. It took a Mustang with some punks in it to teach me a lesson - they slammed on their brakes and I broke hard... I didn't even realize I was tailgating. Now I'm conscious of it at least... not that I NEVER do it anymore.

 

I usually shoot at people when they piss me off.

I think the thing that makes me the most angry is that they are driving on the same road as I.

i hate those people too. its like get off at a gas station and then do it - why you gotta screw up my spotless car.
i cant do what you do since i hate using the washer fluid since most of the time my car is clean - and that just makes it more dirty with fluid all over.

hahah, i do the same thing when ppl pissed my off. Mine spray to the side too. They would high beam me. hehehe

Yeah, that's what made me think of this thread. Some dude in a Ford Windstar was washing his windshield for like 30 seconds straight and I just kept getting plastered. There were cars in the other lane so I couldn't get over or pass him. Then he stopped so it was like, FINALLY. Then he turned on the rear wiper for another 20 seconds and I'm like WTF???

So I waited patiently til I had an opening then passed him and he tucked in behind me. Then I blasted my washers and looked in the mirror at him turning on his wipers.

That was my laugh for the day

People comming up on-ramps that are not up to speed and think they have the right of way. I just stay going however I am and run them off the road.

I HATE it when people turn right into a shopping center, or driveway, and basically slow down to 2mph to make the turn, which basically makes you STOP on the road behind them and pray to God nobody runs into you.

When people feel the need to pass me on the right doing about 80 in a 45 I speed up *just* enough so that there is no way they can pass me without hitting me or the car coming up in front of them in the right hand lane. Dangerous, yes, but so is doing 80 in a 45 to pass someone on the right.

Its better to leave your trunk empty (save a couple of pieces of junk) and when they are tailgating, just launch that $hit open. Junk may fly out but they'll get the scare of their lives and hit their brakes. This way your brakes are saved and all you have to do is pull off and hit it shut.

I do this ON PURPOSE when people tailgate me. It's safer than slamming on my brakes. More washer fluid = $2. New bumper ~= $1000.

so you make your turns into driveways at 45mph?
you have to slow down to make the turn. give em a break (and brake).

unless,of course, they didn't signal. then lay on the horn.
