Stupid thing I saw the other day

A truck pulls up to get gas.
Driver gets out and starts gas pumping and goes back into truck to talk with passenger.
After a minute or so he starts his car and starts to drive off!!!
The top of the gas pump BREAKS OFF and sprays gasoline all over the place.
Drivers gets out. goes "oops." picks up pump and broken head of gas pump and places it back
Manager/owner comes out and the guy says, "it fell off."
the manager just says they'll take care of it.

sometimes i wish i could get away with that kind of stupidity.


only reason why it got me pissed was that gasoline was all over the place and although the likely hood of a fire starting was slim it was possible. :|

Haha..thats funny. I wish every gas station was required to post HUGE signs that say "do not get in your car while fueling".

They shouldnt break off. they should pop off. Hydraulic hose quick connects. Very easy to reconnect.
