Yes, I myself am a teenager but, I have noticed more and more stupidity from those of my age group. OK as a background setup my school has open campus lunch so we can go and eat wherever we want to. The common hangout is Del Taco; people go here to smoke cigarettes or what have you, I just chill.
Anyway, today, I was eating my lunch from Del Taco, #12, and I saw this kid running out of the nearby Wal-Mart. Three fat men were chasing after him. We had all assumed the kid pulled off a beer run but unsuccessfully and thus had to book it. It turns out he jacked Coricidin. The fool didn't even bother to take the pills out of the boxes but took a whole case. When he came to the Del we all proclaimed his stupidity. One person informed the police and we'll see what's up.
Now, if I were to steal something I would not do it in the way he did. Firstly, there is his choice of goods: Coricidin isn't the greatest thing to steal, yes you can make methamphetamines from it but the resell on Coricidin isn't very high. Secondly, there was his attire and manner: the thief stole the Coricidin while wearing a bright orange and black flame Hawaiian shirt; as to his manner, he freaked out when someone saw him instead of playing it cool. Thirdly, his actions after the fact: the dumbass came over and bragged about the whole thing to roughly twenty people.
So... yeah... I don't know why, but I am still amazed.
