Last night i get this call from sprint while i was out at a bar

"HI!, I just wanted to see if everything is going ok for you with your sprint service"

"yeah I guess"

"is there anything I can do for you to improve it, what is your main concern"

"well i dont have enough daytime minutes"

"lets see what we can do about it, ah you already have a really good deal, only way i can improve minutes is add a lot more money because your deal is so good...is there anything besides the minutes that i can do for you, I see you already have unlimited internet for free which now costs $10 more so i cant help you there"

"uhm...so u cant change anything about my account, but you called to see what you could do to make my service better? I guess not then"

"ok thanks for using sprint"

LOL... sprint sucks. They called today offering me a "new option" which would allow for unlimited calls starting at 7pm and 5% off my total bill for $5 more per month... but I would have to extend my contract for 2 more years. Hell no... I'm quitting/cancelling once it's up in June 2004.

Novemeber 24 when portability kicks in, I am dropping Sprint as quick as I can. The phone service has been fine but the company sucks :| They would rather existing customers walk away than match new customers promotions.

sprint is garbage, their text messaging system sucks balls. If you want to text someone you have log into their webservice which is down 90% of the time, yet if someone sends you a text message through AIM or Sprint sends you one it goes directly to your phone.

bastards... nov 24th I'm complaining to get out of my contract since they haven't held up their end.

yeah i didnt think about that...i shoulda complained about the text messaging...it is really horrid

i signed up for internet when it was first available and was only supposed to get a certain amount, but when they first started their program didnt work to tell how much u had used, so they jsut gave everyone who had it then unlimited...

i pay like $48? 49? something like that before all the taxes for 500 anytime 4000 nights/weekend and unlimited internet
