Stupid Slugs

This is begining to seriously irritate me. We keep getting slugs coming into our apartment. We will just see on somewhere on the kitchen floor. They are a real pain to clean up. That slime really doesn't like to wipe up or clean up easily. I swear I have some on the bottom of my foot and it is driving me crazy. Well this one got the same fate as the others, salt. Though I do feel a little sadistic doing it, it is of their bringing.

Reminds me of this joke I heard once (probably heard it here, actually).

A guy is sitting at home when there is a knock at the door. He opens it and all he sees is a snail sitting at the doorstep. He picks it up and throws it back out to the street. A couple of years go by, and again the guy is sitting at home, when there is a knock at the door. He opens it, and the snail says to him, "What the fvck did you do that for?"

😀

I am thinking about putting some copper strip down by the door. We put some copper mesh through where we though they were coming in before but we were wrong.

What does copper do?

Supposedly copper well act as a stop for them because they cannot cross it. From what I read it is because it will generate a shock.

that one was off the movie training day.

That slug is really small compared to the ones we get in the apartment, we ones that are about 3-5 inches long with about a 1/4 - 1/2 thick. And while I would like to make the little guys work for their live's I really just want to keep them out so I don't get the slime on my feet and have to mop.
