will overclocking a P4 at default voltage make it require more 'juice' from the PSU, or put more pressure on the PSU?

you might not get enough voltage to the p4

but upping the core voltage puts more load on the psu

on this ABIT board (which is notoriously known to undervolt/give higher temp readings) in hardware doctor im getting a 1.42 - 1.46V on the CPU itself.
