What no response? Everyone does this and tiny URL doesn't get the name changed.

Go to your profile & click the word symbols in the line at the bottom of the page.

"HTML code is not permitted. Special symbols permit some HTML functionality"

Thank you for making the effort.
I have very little faith in HEAT so have never bothered to use anything but "tiny" to make things easier for the recipient.
