Stupid question, what do you call non-computerized music?

Music

(no really, it is)
Other than that there are more sub-categories like "live" "acapella" "acoustic" and so on.
Computerized music (electronic/electro) is the sub-genre so it is the one you have to call by it's special name.

What about electric guitars, and whatnot? Not acoustic by the standard definition, but not electronica either.

Hmm, I guess if you want to include electronic instruments in the OP's definition, then I guess my answer to the OP would be non-synthesized (non-synthetic may be more correct grammatically) music.

That's a little like asking "What do you call birds that don't have yellow tails?" They're called birds.

I call it music like the ELF. The subset of music which contains digital instruments, or which includes analog synths, is a very small subset of music, easy to differentiate by simply calling it "electronic music", or, to differentiate in greater detail by calling it by the specific subgenre or musicians name or bands name.

Then you run into a grey area, because what about DJs like King Tubby? They took raggae music and remixed it with effects, but, technically there may not be any synths or digital elements. Yet Dub is more or less universally acclaimed and accepted as the 1st generation of electronica.
