Stupid question on SX1030

What is that card guide for behind the removable hard drive cages? I saw that when I opened the case and was totally at a loss as to what it would be for. I know this is probably a simple answer, but this is my first Antec case. I've only helped build a couple of other computers with some friends of mine, but they used cheap cases.

It provides a method of supporting the free ends of high-end video cards and other specialty cards. Actually, I don't think that vid card I linked to would even fit in the SX10xx cases, since the HDD cage is in the way, but you see the idea...

edit: WHOA, I just noticed... that video card has, uh... :Q 416Mb of memory :Q Yeeps!

I figured it was something like that, but you would have to remove the lower hard drive cage for it to do any good, right? Unless it is a very large PCI card that you put in a lower slot.

I'm speculating a little, but I think there are a variety of PCI devices that need such supports. For instance, large RAID cards and perhaps specialty video-editing cards.
