Is it possible for a man to have an operation to have a womb with a fetus implanted into his body and have all the tubes/veins/whatever hooked up to the appropriate places? Or does the womens body have something that cannot be artificially reproduced?

Dont know about that but for a sex change they take the tip of your penis and make the clitoris out of it for pleasure and then the foreskin goes to line the inside of the vagina. Saw it on Traces of Death I believe, some fat Asian guy.

I don't know much about biology either, but from preliminary analysis: You'd need a placenta. Any tissue not your own or the embryo's (ie. transplanted placenta, for one - uterus for another) would require anti-rejection drugs which might be harmful to the baby. You'd need extra-large TP (which afaik doesn't exist) to wipe for the rest of your life after giving birth. There's probably a lot more I'm missing. I'd suggest you and your hubby just adopt, but good luck in your quest.
