stupid question! how do you update neverwinter nights?

i dont get it. i have a 1.10 to 1.29 update and all i see is an RTP file. i start NWN and i click update. nothing happens. i look in the update txt. nothing about how to update...

edit: i could have sworn i hit off-topic.. mr mod move me..
