Stupid question - How do I tune to an OTA HDTV channel?

For instance, looking at antennaweb.org, it shows channel 5.1 for FOX network.
How do I tune to channel 5.1 on my HDTV? Am I missing something?

TV is Panasonic THX-50PU60
Antenna is this one
 
goto menu>settings>channel manager> scan for channels. Select Air

I think thats how their menu is setup. It should be something along those lines. You just need to scan for channels basically, and if your antenna picks it up, once the channel scan is done, it should be there.
 
Or you can do it manually. Go to the input marked TV, make sure TV is selected on your remote and type in "051".
 
On the Samsung plasmas you would type 5 - 1

There is a "dash" button on the remote

Some stations have 2 digital stations in which you would type 5 - 2 for the second
