Stupid Question, how do I tell what service pack I have installed on old NT box?

I got to the version tag in the system control panel, but it reads, NT 4.00.1381 I am not sure what I am looking at...
 
run nt diagnostics, its on the general tab if memory serves. or reboot it and read it off the screen while booting up.
