stupid question: how do i remove case fan from lian li pc68?

hi, i was interested in swapping the stock rear fan for the sake of quietness in my lian li case, but couldn't figure out an easy way to remove it. it seems to be fastened by plastic rivets of some sort, but i'm not sure if there's an easy way to take them out? is there a simple trick to remove these or do i gotta force it out or what?
