Stupid Question : How do I access my BIOS?

I just downloaded motherboard monitor and it's throwing some funky temps at me so I wanted to verify my core voltage as well as my cpu temps. I'm running MS98SE right now.

reboot, and it'll tell you to hit a key to get into setup. usually f2, f12 or del.
