how can I tell from chip markings whether it's 200 or 266?

got all these extra axia's lying around & can't tell

Check the last letter of the first line of characters.
If it's a B it's 200MHz, if it's a C it's 266MHz.

Example: My Tbird's first line is A1000AMT3C
That means I've got a 1GHz 266 chip.
