stupid question but how do I install the cat5e Rj45 tooless keystone jacks?

hey, sorry for the stupid question but how do I go about installing this guys? Do I just strip the cable and match the colors? The thing that is throwing me off is that it comes with 2 other place things that I'm not sure how to use.

Anyone have any experience with this and have any suggestions?

Don't strip. Just place with wires where they are labeled for 568b. For example the solid orange wire would go in the solid orange slot, orange/white wire goes in the orange/white slot. Then push down with the little caps included.

Make sure you keep the cables twisted to within 1/2 inch of the slots. An easy way is to keep the wires twisted and just open one of the twisted pairs up a little bit, say 2 inches away from the ends - push that over. You might get better results in networking forum.
