Stupid Question: Bachelor of Science or Bachelors of Science

If I were going to say that I expected to earn a <blank> of Science in Computer Science and Engineering would I use "Bachelors" or "Bachelor"

From my limited amount of research, it seems that they are interchangeable.

you can also say just "Bachelors" as in, I'm working on my Bachelors. But you wouldn't say Bachelors of Arts would you?
