you own rights to the song. burn the song and re-rip the song. You aren't by-passing any encryption. Your within your legal use.
 
So is the answer no? I want to buy dell jukebox, but i also want to be able to download songs from iTunes. Would this work?
 
I finally caved and got an iPod but I hope they don't hold their breath until the day I download anything from that stupid online music store of theirs.
