Stupid printer is doing wierd crap!

Ok, well at work I have a printer\fax machine. Every time I print, the letters are all size 24 (hudge). My computer settings are fine, and when I print from another remote printer, its fine!
I have no idea whats going on, anyone have any suggestions?
