Stupid Picture Re-size thingy!

When I look at pictures larger then my screen size, Windows XP automatically makes it re-sized so it fits my screen. This causes the image to be deformed, and I don't want to click the little expand button on the bottom corner of the image either. How do I turn this option off?

I wanted to ask that question the other day! I have Windows 98. I hate that thing. :|

Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab, Multimedia, deselect "Enable Automatic Image Resizing"
