About 2 years ago I was showing a new employee our old Nortel phone switch and wanted to point out that he should avoid getting anywhere near the hard reset button. When I went to point at the button I pressed it. 250+ employees kicked off the phones for 10 minutes.

Did I mention that we're a very high volume call center?
