I receive alot of Nigerian scams but this one is new ( I don't even have a PayPal account)

Our system detected unusual charges to a credit card linked to your

Yeah... this could very well have been created by the guy sitting next to you at work, or some kid in Korea, or even a bored astronaut on the international space station.
