Stupid newbie sata cable question

First time building with Sata drives. Drives are 3.0 Gbps, I'm assuming that's SATA II ?

Need to get cables but there are so many available, what do I need? I'm assuming anything that says SATA 150 is not compatible?

There is no differant cables for SATA II, the cables are exactly the same.
