At work we have a workgroup comprised of approximately 30 PC's. Most of the machines run Windows 2000 and Windows 98, but there are approximately 5 machines that run Windows ME. We use TCP/IP and NetBEUI protocol's and with Win 98 and 2000 everything is fine. But due to a Microsoft bug in Win ME machines that run multiple protocol's have trouble seeing some machines on the network.

Did you notice how they intend to fix things? Instead of offering a downloadable patch to fix things they are making people call their techsupport to get access to the patch. WTF is this all about? That doesn't make sense to me.
Has anyone ever ran accross this problem?
