She has a 2005 equinox, that just got diagnosed with a blown head gasket, the shop says $1500 to replace. She its currently driving my 2003 PT Cruiser till it gets fixed which may be a while cause she don't have $1500. Hope she don't kill the cruiser she can be hard on cars.

So someone a minimum of 20 years older than you has LESS money than you? Adulthood fail.

Yeah but it runs, and she is driving it which kinda scares me. The cruiser has actually been a decent car.

Let's hope she crashes into a light pole. Two birds with one stone. You'll have an excuse to buy a better car ;)

I dont like your attitude towards this person's family member and with a suggestion such as this besides no clarification that I asked for you should give more thought before posting like this in the garage or anywhere for that matter...

i owned a chrysler about 15 years ago. the head gasket blew at around 20,000 miles. i never bought another American car since. call chevy headquarters and see if they'll cover some of the costs. hopefully they have a goodwill program, like nissan and honda.
