stupid losers who look important...

Well I'm at my old job which I now work at on the weekend. I'm slacking off (obviously, since I'm here). I don't really care about getting in trouble, etc, because I don't have to work here and I really wish I didn't most of the time... but the money is nice.

Anyhow, I'm just so used to (from the last three years) of looking over my shoulder to make sure that someone isn't walking up and seeing me do things that I'm not supposed to be doing. This is basically a college job with a few dirty old losers (literally dirty, obviously non-important looking). Well I don't know if it's because the job market is bad or what, but this guy next to me is well old enough and dressed well enough to be a manager or an ops manager, and everytime he comes into my row and I see him over my shoulder my freakin heart skips a beat (like when you see a cop behind you with his lights on). And there's at least one other guy that fits the same description basically that has been doing it to me also.

This job is too damn stressful, I should quit!

But sitting on the phone and transferring people indescriminantly to India while surfing the internet and being paid... well that kind of scenario is hard to quit.

I'm kind of in the same situation, but i'm not here for the money, but for the resume padding. The work exp is just adding up and its a sat only job and I'm almost at 2 years.

I'm in the same situation too. Easy tech support. Heck, i'm wearing my PJs at the moment, and was HL2 on my laptop. Guy behind me is watching CSI or some sort on his laptop, guy next to me is playing some flash game, and one over him is playing Lineage 2. The only girl here today is playing a flash game too, and the guy up front is watching a DVD movie. I'm answering maybe 2-3 calls an hour, and each only takes about 5 mins... AND it's so braindead i keep playing while taking the call.
