Stupid line in desktop...moves, flickers, causes text anomaly...

A few days ago, I noticed a single, flickering line on my desktop....

It's very apparent when I'm reading a document full of text as that particular line of text will stand out unproportionally large....

I haven't made any changes to my computer in awhile...I just got my 7950 GT 512mb RMAed in July and I've been running it with 163.xx (latest drivers) for a while with no problems....I OCed the card and lowered it back to default but that makes no difference.....

Anyone know what's going on?

Do you have an LCD monitor or CRT?

Are you sure the problem is with your video card and not your monitor? Try other video cards or other monitors if you can. Also try using the VGA/DVI port (if you have both) that you're not using.
