what is the Voltage output of the motherboard's pins to power the LEDs? the power and hdd LEDs more precisely...I am not sure if it makes a difference, but my board is an Epox 8RDA+...
Get a multimeter to check it. I'm a first year electrical engineer and i believe LEDs are powered by 5V, but then u need a resistor before the LED. So, it's probably less than 5 V. Multimeter is the best way to go....
