Went out to the car this morning and noticed a nice long key mark from my drivers door handle all the way to the headlight. Whoever done this thought it would be cool to do the rest of the cars parked along the side of the street as well...They keyed 5 cars. Does anyone know if that "magic" scratch remover they show on TV works?? Of course my car is black so it is very obvious.

Dont waste your money, Ive tried them all. If you have insurance, just file a claim. If you dont, at least you can get a paint stick from the dealer.

To do it right, Id guess about $1200. 🙁

It doesn't cost $1200 to repaint the keyed part. I've had deeper and longer scratches on my car that cost some where around $500 to repair.

If you ever find the culprit I say ATOT should give him a round of "key(ing) the skin." All the way from the hand (door handle) to the eyes (headlight).
