Oh my god I can't believe this weekend. So this kid down the hall from us, he lives about two doors down, frequently comes into our room and uses our things. TV, phone, fridge, paper, pens, even our bathroom supplies. I can't stand it. Like one time he borrowed my roommate's toothbrush. Grodie!! Anyway he was in here yesterday and on our balcony, smoking something. Me and my roomie were in our room, far away from the balcony. Suddenly there's a GIGANTIC pounding on our main door. We don't answer it, because we never do if someone's in the main room. About a minute later we are told to come out by a COP! I was crapping myself! So anyways this kid was smoking OPIUM on our balcony. Two other cops came in and were questioning all of us. A dog too! The dog found OPIUM IN OUR ROOM. Not the main room, but OUR bedroom. I am in so much trouble right now it's not even funny. Can't post replies because I have to meet with RAs and RDs and everybody. HELP! TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO!

It wasn't funny the first time. Do it again and you well be spending your time on the net elsewhere

Dude, your getin yourself ripped a new one!

;) Sorry man, that sucks hardcore, but there is not much that you can do. Even unwitting possesion of illegal narcotics is a hardcore crime. Hope you get exonerated, but be sure to get yourself a good lawyer.

Why did you allow this person to wander into your room uninvited? Have you ever thought of locking the door?

yea, and do any drug tests they ask, that way they will have proof you didnt smoke it at least (hehe long as you dont use any other drugs either, which i am assuming is true)

i hope they didnt find too much.....

hmm one thing you could always do is set up a good whoop @$$ session for this "kid", maybe he will learn to stay out of your room

Tell the truth and you'll be ok. The fact that you'll both come up negative for drug screens and he'll be positive is a notch in your favor.

Well, if worse comes to worse volunteer to take a drug test. It sucks because druggies always say that the stuff isn't theirs, a friend left it in their room, etc, so it sort of ruins those excuses when they are legitimate. Maybe the druggie will have some character and claim responsibility, although I wouldn't bank on it.
