stupid kid on ebay.

well I recently sold an item on ebay and he backed out. but he offerd to pay me 15 dollars for my troubles to get out of getting bad feedback. about a week later he responded back saying he's not going to pay me at all and told me if I left him bad feedback he would leave me also. he also staed in his email he was under 18 and couldn't get a paypal account which is why he backed out of the auction.

well at this point I care little about the money but this kid pissed me off.

I have his name and zip and pretty sure I tracked down his parents and his address. should I give them a call and tell them how thier son has been acting?

Do that, and if his ebay account doesnt get cancelled, wait until the last day u can leave feedback and give him a negative one (so he can't leave u a negative feedback)

I have no problem he's a kid and trading but he backed out because he found a better deal on the same item which pissed me off because if you didn't want to pay that much you shouldn't of bid so high. the sad part of it is is thier wre 3 or 4 snipe bidders on the suction so it would of defenatly sold fo around that price anyway

just do the 2nd offer or whatever to the 2nd highest bidder and leave the negative before the 90 days are over. 🙂

yeah I sent the little turd an email staiting his parents names address and phone number and told him unless I receave payment from him I'm contacting his parents and based on what they say I'm going to put thru the non paying bidder alert. but if his parents are anything like mine they will make him pay for the item to make it right.
