Stupid Intel overclocking questions

I am a bit out of the loop when it comes to Intel overclocking.

I understand all non-ES Intel CPUs have locked multipliers.

1) Does that mean locked upwards only like Athlon64s or locked both directions?

2) Do Intel LGA 775 systems have a memory divider so that you can drive your RAM at nominal speed while the FSB is up?

3) Do modern Intel boards generally have PCI/AGP locks?

4) Do the DFI Lanparty boards with Intel chipset have all the overclocking options that the Lanparty NForce 4 boards have? What are the voltage ranges?

On on unrelated question, does anybody know whether a Pentium-M used through the Asus CT-479 adapter is using ECC memory?

Thanks!

1. They are all locked. The LGA775's above 2.8 also allow the 14x muliplier. So a 3.2 would have 16x and 14x, 3.4 would have 17x and 14x etc.

2. It depends on the motherboard but any of the good OC'ing boards will have them.

3. Yes, again depends on the motherboard, but any of the good boards for OC'ing will, and also SATA locks, and PCIe if they have PCIe rather than AGP.

4. Not sure, but most likely.

The pentium-m with the CT-479 adaptor has nothing to do with weather on not the motherboard supports ECC. Thats up to the motherboard, but I am pretty sure the boards that work with the adaptor support ECC, but it's not required.
