Stupid IE Problem JUST FREAKIN GO!

For some reason when I type the URL in the Address Bar and hit enter (or click go) it just sits there "thinking" for a while (sometimes up to a minute) before you hear the "Click" sound that means it is going to the address. If I us Favorites or links on a page to click on, it will make the "click" sound immediately and start going to the page.

It is not an internet speed issue, it is an IE issue. (We have a T1 here at work, and when I use the links or favorites, it will go real fast)

It doesn't always do this, but lately it has been.
