Any time there is a shooting they look into it, on both sides. Doesn't mean he will be charged. If the cops didn't cite him or arrest him on the spot, he will most likely get no-billed. The BG is shit out of luck in suing if the shooter is no-billed.
Only mistake the homeowner made was not killing the guy.
