Stupid Human Tricks and Win XP Home

My wife's aunt just called desperate for help because she <gasp> forgot her password for her Windows XP account. Not only that, she does not know the Administrator password. Does anyone know a way around this short of reinstalling the OS? The online WinXP help hasn't told me anything except for how idiotic she is for not creating a system restore disk and not remembering her password.

is it a pre-built system? try using a blank password for admin. this works for win2000, but i dunno about xp. keep in mind that if u were to do this, back up the profiles (documents & settings) in dos first.
