1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.

3. Try it 100X to see if you can stop it from happening
 
a simpler one is just to draw circles with your hands except one is clockwise and the other is counter-clockwise. Sooner or later the dominant hand will win and the other will copy.
