Half Dr? Confidence Dr? Incorrigible Dr? Tempted Ways Dr? Tenacity Dr? The Rib House by Chef Extraordinaire (WTF are they naming themselves like DJs now)? 100 Year Party Ct?

That place seems fucked up.

Holy fuck i want to live on 100 year party ct

this street made me laugh.

How the hell do names get voted on in this town? by proclamation of its 500 citizens?

...is this like one of those isolated Star Trek communities, but for the strange?
:hmm:

There's one of these outside St. Louis too, though the street names aren't quite so stupid.

Essentially, they're from developers who buy up gigantic tracts of land (haha!) and develop a whole new 'city' to avoid the politics of development in existing city limits.

The one here's marketed like it's a fully functioning city from the 50s. You couldn't pay me enough to live there.

I don't get it.
Are you just pointing out that according to google maps, these are two different streets with the same name?

Google maps is not always accurate.

I saw a little community like that. They bought an area the size of a neighborhood and they're trying to bring a small walking town feel to it. They're having parks all over, tree lined-streets. You can walk to restaurants, salons, movies, etc.

I don't see how a single neighborhood can maintain all those businesses, so I imagine people will come from other areas, which would just line the neighborhood with cars and ruin the feel of the neighborhood.

i demand a backyard to have a dog and personal living. Everyone is deserving of that.
But the rest of the concepts, I find pretty attractive. I'd enjoy a close walkable community and don't have use for a unnecessarily large front yard, and while at least a small portion of yard is fenced-in in the front, it seems ridiculous to completely trade a back yard for a front yard.

But the very European inspiration I definitely like.

My ultimate awesome neighborhood would incorporate something like the River Walk in San Antonio with a peaceful, close-knit neighborhood.

So if they cry over a tree's death... what do they eat? Can't imagine how they'd handle the great potato slaughter. DAMN YOU FRITO-LAYS! DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!

Solution: An individual must not eat, for that is death of nature.
Well, I guess that means my lifespan just shortened up a bit.
Of fuck wait a minute. I'm nature too right? I'd be killing nature?
OMG!! WHAT DO I DOOOOO?!!!
