Either let Windows find new hardware and install drivers found on the CD, or go to the mfr's website and get the latest drivers. The CD is probably outdated by the time you get it.

I just finished installing an Asus A7V880 and the CD couldn't install the ethernet chip driver. It's a known problem. Windows 2K Pro found the driver on the CD and voila!

Trumphent: There arn't any drivers on the manufacturers website yet.

Phoenixmatt: I have this motherboard too. Go to nvidia's website and download the latest Forceware chipset drivers

http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/nforce_udp_winxp_5.10

theres the link to the latest XP drivers. this includes all you need for the motherboard.

Hope it all works out ok for you.

PS. A lot of the utility programs on the CD dont work either but I don't have a solution to that.
