This guy that owns the two spots to the right of me parks two commercial sized trucks in his spots so the monstrosity to my immediate right is pretty much on top of the divider between us. Not only that, I also have a pillar to the left of my spot so I virtually cannot get in without either scratching my car or his.

What kind of douchebag would pull this kind of shit?
So I park perpendicular to both our spots so he can't get out and leave my phone number on his windshield. I'd say it's a decent retribution since he'll lose revenue from not being able to use his vehicle to run his garbage landscaping business. But now I'm just worried he'll just call the towing company to get my rig out of there. So much for a good night's sleep...

Uh, for now just put a polite note asking him to give you more room.

Doing something that is going to cost you money as well is fairly dumb.

It's the middle of the night and he's literally < 1cm off the divider line. So technically he's within his boundaries. But it's bad enough I have one the worst spots in the lot. And to add insult to injury, I pay $275/mo for this spot :|

your problem isn't with him, its with the garage. He has his space and he parks within the lines. So I don't see where he is in the wrong...
 
You drive a Honda Fit. Your car is made for spots like that. Stop being a huge pussy and park your damn car.

You've obviously never been in a nyc parking garage. They make the spots as tight as possible to milk as much money out of the people in the area since outside parking is scarce. This isn't like Maine where everybody can park an oceanliner whereever they please. 😛
