stupid % (five second) shift key thing

i held down my shift key for % seconds< and now all punctuation and numbers are showing up as their alternative>>>grrr> how do i get rid of it?

Start > Control Panel > Accessibility Options

look for the sticky thing settings, you can turn it off in the options.

that happens to me also.

on one computer at work, the only way to get it turned off/set back right is to reboot the stupid thing (something is wrong with the pc obviously)
