Anyways, I was on the 405 going southbound earlier in the day when this car (not sure if it was a Cavalier or Civic) lost control for a second and swerved both ways before regaining composure (almost hit an SUV right beside it, then almost hit the guardrail as he was trying to correct). I pull up a little closer and notice he's running on a flat, mind you he's going atleast 85mph. 30 seconds later, you could see shreds of his tire fly all over the place and from the left rear tire, smoke pouring out. He's still going 85mph-ish as well. I had to take my exit before I could see anything else happen though.. Idiot should have stopped or something, fvcktard hazard could have caused an accident with me involved as well as many other cars.. :|

Lucky I don't gotta worry about that here in sunny SoCal. ;)

I was in LA about a month ago. It was snowy and first cold spell here in Indy. Makes for a great call home to the wife, from the beach.

From reading these message boards, I had begun to think that only SUV drivers did stupid things.

You did mention an SUV in your story though, so I'm sure it holds the most degree of fault.

not as bad as what happened to my friend yesterday. was driving in a small snow storm, not that bad, in a jeep grand chaerokee, and this dumb women came over the little hill, and lost control around the turn (now this turn is more like a slight bend in the road, hard to call it a turn almost) and fishtails into my friends lane, she is also in a jeep, he swerved off the road and she still ends up hitting him in the drivers side door and bouncing him farhter into the snow. her car was totalled fron tof the car was damn near touching the windsheild. my friend now has no door handle on that side of his car, cant get out either door on that side, his interior lights dont turn off etc. and this is the second time the woman has totaled a car this month, and yet they let her drive? some people jsut shouldnt drive.

405 is near me! anyway, yea, those people are annoying. one time this guy was driving at the side of me and started merging into my lane. sheesh.

and its ridiculous when people drive fast when its raining. its on rainy days when i hear about a lot of overturned cars on the freeway.

i hate it when people decide that 70mph is good enough to be in the fast lane on the freeway.
i hate it when people brake while trying to merge on to a freeway.
i hate it when people speed up as soon as they realize you're going to change into their lane.
i hate it when people leave abnormally large following distances due to traffic, allowing everyone to cut in.
i hate it when people who clearly do not have enough talent, try to drive and talk on their cell phone.
i hate it when people don't know where they're going and decide to brake, go, brake, go, brake, go.......
i hate it when people get curse, yell, flip you off for something that was clearly their fault.
i hate it when people continue to be pissed at you when you wave your hand in apology.
i hate it when people don't fvcking signal a right turn when you're right behind the fvcker.
i hate it when people..................

maybe he lost control because his tire went out?

though he shouldnt still be going 85 after that. he probably didnt know what was happening.
