rumors of winning anything worth a crap in that contest have been greatly exaggerated

guy says he won, but he had a fake email addy so
HE LOST

But that means there are real prizes. I'd say an LCD is a good prize.
yeh, i agree, but too bad he didn't have proof he really won.

I'll also play devil's advocate. He did say that he had to try around 500 times to get anything good. 😛

The tricky part is not email addresses, but names and addresses. All the registrations will be exactly the same save the email. If you lie and win with a John Doe, 1234 Any Street, Any City, NY 00000, how are you going to explain to them your actual address is something else?

There are ways around the physical address limitation, but can't discuss it because I've had a vacation because of it.

ive done three seperate emails, all with teh same info and passowrd except different emails that I own

Dell didnt have a problem handingout those codes to me like candy, only diff was the emails!

Well, a little bragging here.

I ACTUALLY WON something this morning. Got to work at 5:30 AM bright and early, logged on to my work PC, went to Dellf to play my daily coupon crapshoot and get:

"Winner"!!!!

I won a Dell 8400, PentIV 3.4 w/ a 19" Flat Panel LCD!!!! Total retail value $1750(I priced it out at about $1550 shipped!).

It is true, I recieved a confirmation email with a PDF form that I must have notarized and returned within 10 days. Now I think that Dellf chick is HOT!!!

I went and picked up the computer tonight at UPS. Bastards screwed me. Instead of the 1901FP they substituted a 1905FP!!! Also the bill of sale shows a $250 REBATE!!!!
